Black holding tank reads “0” when tank is full

After speaking to NuCamp and Jason, the owner of “10/40” the T@B dealer in my area, I’ve discovered the issue is defective sensors. NuCamp at no charge to me is sending replacement sensors to my dealer for installation! Awesome customer service...again!

i am currently dealing with Jason on a new t@b. any review about the dealer? did they do the repair for you? how was it ?

Jason is a great guy. He could have let us buy a T@B that he had on site but instead he told us the next model year was just around the corner and said there were updates we might want. So we held off buying to get newer model.

The sensors have not arrived yet so the repair has not been done. His service tech is excellent! He wired our van for the T@B.

I hope you can too. They have gone up since we bought ours. They quality and craftsmanship awesome.

i know shipping them from Ohio is very expensive. We paid $2000. If you could drive to Ohio and pick it up and vacation on the we home might save you a little.

What city do you live in. We are in Hemet, Riverside County.

i am in Placentia, Orange County, they are about 1hr drive for me. i thought about going out of state to buy until i found 10/40. last T@g i got out of town and it was a pretty good deal. But 10/40 seem to have very reasonable prices compares to the next closest dealer

We just attended the first annual So Ca T@B rally the beginning of October at Newport Dunes RV Park. Look for it next year. It was a lot of fun.

My black tank sensors have been replaced. NuCamp supplies the replacement parts at no cost to me. The sent the parts to my dealer, 10/40 in Wildomar, CA. The owner Jason took care of the replacement. Excellent job. Everything works perfectly. Thanks NuCamp and Jason at 10/40 in Wildomar!!
