Leaking Kitchen Faucet

My 2008 T@B has a leak allowing city water to run over the counter right where the faucet joins the counter.   The faucet works, but can't figure out what is causing the leak....a broken faucet, or bad o-ring...or maybe something else????  Looking for help!!!   Ideas???

    Could be as simple as snugging up the nut under the faucet.  Don't get overly energetic though.  It doesn't need to be gorilla tight.
