Cool Cat Heat Pump

Not sure if this is the right board to mention this but started my heat pump this morning for the first time in trying to learn about my new Tab 400. I am connected to shore power and the pump started up on heat set to 78 degrees, but only blew ice cold air. What could be wrong????? Does it perhaps have to be connected to propane?

No the Cool Cat AC/Heat pump works only on electricity. It works well down to about 45 degrees outside temp. Much colder than that and it does not work that well. Make sure you have the vinyl cover off from outside and make sure the thermostat is on heat pump and not furnace. You should feel warm air coming out fairly soon, unless it is really cold outside then it won't work well as I mentioned.2021 T@b 400 BD "Vixen Gail"

Also make sure your thermostat (may be difficult to see) is set to heat pump, not ac.2
