It was installed with a line fuse but I didn't want to have to unscrew the housing every time to remove the fuse. I moved it from the battery to the disconnect switch. Problem solved.1 -

Thanks for the welcome and responses. My 7 pin plug does have a "charge line" that helps charge the battery, albeit through a very small amount of amperage. But it has worked for us on past…1
