Another possibility is a blocked exhaust, if the bee season is active in your part of the country. Mud dauber wasps are known for plugging up propane exhaust ports with their nests. -

Better Alde plug
To prevent the 'bounce' from loosening our Alde plug, to make it lower profile, and to remove the extra wire from the compartment, I replaced the Alde plug with this one...
