I just replaced the crank with if I remember a 1/2” bolt. Just pop off the top cover for access. I think it was a 6” bolt. I cut off the thread. Then I drilled a small hole in it to match the crank handle. If you are not good with tools. Ask a friend or neighbor. Good luck

  The window manufacturer needs to be accountable for this problem not NuCamp. NuCamp needs to apply maximum pressure to get the window company to correct the problem, and I am sure they are.

  Those towing with a “boxier” type vehicle may direct air flow higher and not right at the window.

  It sounds like different tow vehicle create wind currents over the window. Those with the problem should specify their TV. Some sort of wind deflector may be necessary.
