I just replaced the crank with if I remember a 1/2” bolt. Just pop off the top cover for access. I think it was a 6” bolt. I cut off the thread. Then I drilled a small hole in it to match the crank handle. If you are not good with tools. Ask a friend or neighbor. Good luck

  Here is a couple of Solutions to address your problems. By removing the 3 pins at the base of the jack it can be quickly removed. The jack base can be purchased through the Nu Camp store.
