  I don't think it will be a pain, as I would leave the maintainer on unless I am traveling....I am happy to know it CAN work....!!! Thank you for your info.

  This just happened to me and it was because the fresh water tank drain valve under the stair was open...I thought I was filling the tank...and it was all draining out! Thus sputter.

  oh yeah! I live in Portland Oregon....Bought from RBYoung and just found out Apache is a few miles down the road....I'm taking her in Wed, for a trip Friday am.
