First guess, the WFCO Power Center internal convertor has failed. Assuming 'no power' means no lights, etc but the 120VAC outlets are working. The convertor produces 12VDC for battery charg…1 -

If you disconnect the car battery, remove negative terminal connection. There won't be any power at the 12V socket and you can use any metal tool you need to get the broken plug out without fear…2 -
