I don't know what converter you have but the AC outlets should be on circuit breakers. The DC voltage would be on fuses. (View Post) -

I don't have a 2004 but I'll bet there's another GFCI somewhere that they all connect to. Check under/near sink, cabinets, under benches, etc. (View Post) -
