Samsung TVs with the power brick in the line cord typically work. Says 14V DC on the back of the TV but used them for years on lead acid 12.6 volt batteries.2 -

Do yourself a favor and add an in-line 30 amp fuse at the positive battery terminal when you put new batteries in.2 -
