Have you guys tried contacting Norcold? The Norcold info should be included with a new T@B purchase. Be sure to have the model number handy. I know they do not diagnose propane problems, but at least…1 -

You can put the TP holder on the opposite wall, next to the kitchen. But no screws. Use Gorilla tape or Waterproof Command Velcro strips.1
