Yes, it is the Alde fins to provide heat to the bathroom. They are designed to be resistant to water or maybe their term was waterproof. It is just fins, no moving parts.2 -

I like this one! Is that a 50 qt ARB? I had wanted a CSS until I found out about the 2-way fridge being such an energy hog. The storage looks great. The ARB is an added bonus!1
