The USB ports are a weak link. Best to replace them with a beefy 12V outlet and use a USB adapter. The solo USB outlets draw phantom power. https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/search?Search=Replace+USB+
Thought I’d post this in case it’s needed. I tried several of the usb replacements and they didn’t work because they were fully circular and my cover has flat sides. I finally found the exact same item to replace. this worked for my 2016 320 https://a.co/d/dhpnfpX - JR Products. Took 5 minutes to replace. Please note that…
The USB outlets have been known to fail. Either replace it or change it out for a robust 12v outlet and use a USB adapter. FYI: The USB outlets draw phantom power.

After the double USB outlet broke, I decided to move the outlet from under the table to driver's side. I mounted the replacement outlet and added a 12 volt outlet. Now I can access the USB outlets and the 12 volt outlet regardless of the table position.
The USB is 12V only. Look for a blown 12V fuse. But, most likely, the USB has a wiring malfunction or has gone bad. I have changed all but one of my USB ports to 12V ports because the USB ports are not lasting longer than 6 months. I paid $15 for a new one in December and I tossed it February. I’m using USB plug-in’s that…
I have replaced my USB port once and replaced the replacement once. They just do not last very long....or they last for a long time. Look on Amazon--they vary in price. Take your pick.
Thanks @Verna I was afraid to start prying until I knew. I am assuming that the USB side of the outlet is powered from the 12V side of the wiring, or is the outlet all 110 and the USB side converts the voltage? I will probably opt to replace the USB insert with another 110 plug for now and move the USB function to another…
