Newbie with a Question

First of all I am getting quite an education reading all your posts! My husband and I just purchased a 2014 T@b S and looking forward to lots of camping fun. One thing were wondering about is tongue mounted spare tire carrier. Do any of you have it, and where would we purchase one? Thanks for any information you can share. We'll be back with more questions

Not truly sure of what you speak... our S has the spare mounted underneath. Is this extra mount for the t@b, or two vehicle?

Our S also has the spare underneath, however we're concerned about the ground clearance and would rather have the spare mounted on the trailer tongue.

APADREX  ......  if you hover your cursor around the upper right cornet of your comment you'll see a little round gear looking thingy ..... click on it and it will display "EDIT" which if you click on it, you can edit your post and make corrections with having to repost another comment

mine came with no spare--i got the mount from etrailer.com--you can get the tire and rim from any tire dealer but etrailer has them also--easy to install! i think it is a better location rather than underneath--more ground clearance.
