Cool Cat low speed on fan is same as high.Does it have a low speed?

Last trip out was finally cool enough that we did not need air conditioning, but wanted to circulate air inside the camper. Tried to set the fan to Low, but it runs at the same loud speed as High. Is this a defect in our unit or normal operation?

    I'd say normal.
    In my 400, I think it does actually blow less forcefully on low vs. high, but the noise level is very similar on both settings.

    @Verna: op refers to Cool Cat as source of noise not fantastic fan...

    I did the PWM controller mod to the Fantastic fan. Very happy with the results. But I was talking about the Cool Cat fan.  The thermostat has Auto, High, and Low settings for the fan. Auto works as expected, only blowing when the A/C is cooling. High blows all the time, with considerable noise.  Low seems to be exactly like High, no less forceful and no less noise.  We cannot tell them apart. I would expect Low to be noticeably quieter with less air flow.
