Switch is probably defective. Those switches snap into the panel (tabs on the edges) and this can be easily changed out by removing the 6 screws and bringing the assembly out. Maybe you could flip the switch back and forth rapidly, see if it goes off? Nonetheless it’s an easy repair if you can get a replacement from nuCamp or a local RV parts distributor.

I think this is a wiring issue. The switches have separate terminals for the switched load and the LED. Looks like the LED was wired to the wrong side of the load switch. When you pull the panel, look at how other switches are wired and copy those.
