Do I need to winterize if temps only occasionally dip below freezing?

My 2019 320s lives in a protected-on-2-sides carport next to my house here in Joshua Tree, CA. The coldest winter temps just barely flirt with freezing, very occasionally dipping a bit below 32 degrees for a few hours on some nights. I'm planning on having a guest here part of the winter and the T@B is the guesthouse. I'd like to provide all the T@B's amenities to my guest. What's your opinion of foregoing winterizing under such conditions?

I have camped in the mountains where it got well below freezing for a short period of time without any issues.  I did have an exposed garden hose freeze up for a bit but did unthaw when temperatures got above freezing.  Unless you have sustained temperatures below freezing for extended periods of time you should probably be fine out in CA.  And if your trailer is parked inside an enclosed area you should be good to go. Elevations range from 5,500 feet on the summits of Queen Mountain and the Little San Bernardinos, to about 1,000 feet at the east end of Pinto Basin.  If you are at the lower elevations you should be fine.

Michigan_Mike, yeah, I'm at 3200 here, and while it does sometimes dip (at times with a chill wind) the temp never stays below freezing for more than a night or two. The trailer is exposed on two sides but I may just put up a little plywood wind barricade under it to direct wind away from the plumbing areas.
