Replacing Shower Wand Fixture in T@B 400 Bathroom

The device that holds the shower wand will no longer grip the vertical pole, and the tightening mechanism seems broken.  Has anyone had this happen to them?  Has anyone completely removed the mounted fixture for something else, or ordered a replacement fixture from the dealer/NuCamp?

I've had the same issue with the tightening mechanism becoming too loose to secure the shower wand.
I was able to fix it (twice now) by removing the vertical pole it is attached to, then sliding it off. Once there, you can tighten the internal screw so that it will once again have correct tension. For me, it seems to last 4-6 months.
The vertical pole on mine is attached via the cap on the top end of the pole. Carefully pry it up and out, and the pole will be released from the top bracket. This is on a 2021 400...so yours may be a little different.
