Reviews on Cousin's RV in Colorado?

Has anyone used Cousin's RV in either Loveland or Longmont Colorado for service?  Any information is appreciated.

A friend recommends them - we stopped in last week for parts.  My friend owns a TAB, but hasn't had that serviced - but she has a couple other RVs so I assume?  she's used them for service.
