There is no shade at Niagara right now and the sun is pretty intense. I can only imagine what it will be like in CO and NM in June and July. 

Any recommendations on a sun visor?  Teardrop Shop says it’s an 8-week wait!

Build your own.  You can find "awning trackers" that fit into the keder rail to attach "shadesail" fabric, and stake the fabric out.  Painters poles for supports.  Plenty of info in these threads on simple solutions until the 8 weeks are up.
