A clothesline and it takes the hit when backing up too close to a tree. That’s all I can figure it is for. It’s there and I don’t think too much about it since it comes with the model.
No way would I put any weight on it other than clothes.

You're talking about the metal frame at the back by the lights? I've climbed on it a lot to put up my lights or put some little solar panels on top. At 110lbs, no problem at all. But I suspect it will also make a very good clothesline.
