I just followed up my call from last week to the fine folks at my local dealer and Andy Clower in Service and Waranty said he spoke to Pleasant Valley and they are getting the fix-it kits to him next week. Great dealer, great company support. Thanks!

    That's great! And I was told my T@B (which is leaving Ohio today) was to also have the vent fan installed before it left!
