New owner - Cool Cat no power at Thermostat?

Just picked up a 2018 Tab 400 yesterday. I don’t get any power to the thermostat display. All breakers and fuses check out fine at the panel under wardrobe. Any other suggestions on where to look? Currently shore powered. On another note, think the Alde 3010 is bad. Debugged a ‘failed to connect’ error to the control panel. It only works when I have the panel removed.

For those following or future issues, the 12v wire at the coolcat had corroded and would t send power. Our thermostat gets power from the coolcat 12v+ I recrimped the connection and got power. As for the Alde, the wire plugged into control panel is loose. I put electrical tape on the connector to firm up. All is working

Its nice to know that most fixes are for simple issues. Was your trailer in a higher humidity use or storage environment to cause the corrosion?2019 T@B400 Boondock Lite "Todd"2016 Toyota Tundra 5.7 Crew Cab

Prior condition was unknown. I bought the trailer on auction and picked it up out of Northern Indiana. Part of the 'learning experience'
