Emergency Exit

I somehow managed to pop out my star gazer window.  Any tips on getting back in the upper track?  Thanks!

    Do it from inside on the bed. I've popped mine out before too. I think it just hangs on the upper track. You may want a helper on the outside on stand by to catch it if it trys to run away.
