The shower rail/rod bottom became detached from the thin wall panel. Can't access the screwed plastic insert to possibly remove it to fix it without pulling loose the top of rod/rail. I've reached out to nuCamp Warranty and Tech and they are working on it. The design compared to similar showers online appears to be like a flimsy ADA shower safety bar, with too short and too few screws which combined with a thin panel easily became loose. Another issue could be no backing behind the panel for longer screws. Also, was the panel behind the shower thicker in the 22 model? Any thoughts? It is either design, materials, or workmanship and something has to change to have a secure, reliable, maintainable shower
