Which Noctura Fan Model Is Drop In Replacement for 3 Way Fridge

Which is the quietest fan that is a drop in replacement for the fan that is below the fins of Norcold 3 Way fridge - and also same question for the exhaust fan that is in the upgrade kit sent by NuCamp? I want to upgrade both fans. Have seen Noctura mentioned. I dont have a 3D printer so need drop in replacements.

The fan in the frig is really hard to access.  One of these makes the job so much easier:
