My TV already has integrated electric brake built in. Has anyone converted surge brake to electric brake on older Dutchman T@B? Any info on how to will be greatly appreciated.
I'd have a trailer shop check it out. I know the Dutchmen use more European axle parts, so it may be more tricky than just bolting on a new electric brake drum and hardware.

I would guess that the entire axle assembly would have to be changed out, IF it would even fit. I use to have an older T@B with surge brakes, I liked them, kind of disappointed when Pleasant Valley switched over to electric brakes.
It doesnt sound simple or smooth as I had hoped for. I have been dealing with clunking sound and feel inside my TV from trailer when ever I brake hard. I am pretty certain it's coming from T@B surge brake and was hoping that switching to electric brake will fix this issue.
