Wet Bath Toilet Base to Wall Trim

Hello, I have seen the attached picture here of the Tab 320 S BD, what caught my attention was in the Bathroom toilet base edge to side wall shows a plastic trim like a T molding type, which makes it look very nice.
I was wondering if anyone in this forum has modified the toilet side walls behind the glycol access panel bottom and side edges by adding the trim molding. Maybe there are other options out there, if anyone has any ideas please post.
I am sure I need to remove the old caulking all around the toilet side walls and behind the glycol access panel bottom and sides.
I liked the idea of adding the trim molding because it looks a lot better.
