2019 320s floor slope?

I just opened the trailer after the winter and it feels like the floor slopes downwards behind where the axel is as you head towards back of the trailer. Maybe it has always been that way? Has anyone experienced this?

Is the trailer level? Are the stabilizers down?

A level or level app on your phone will tell you if it's really sloping.
