Alde seems to turn on when I turn on my Isotherm Refrigerator in TAB320

When I turn on my Isotherm refrigerator, I hear a sound coming from where my Alde is.  Is this normal?

Get your ears down there where the Alde is.  Listen closely.  The converter is right there, with various fuses, etc.
The Alde, when it is on, has a small pump on the side of it that will start running, and you might hear it hum a bit.  If the Alde is starting on propane, there are various noises involved with gas lighting and the small exhaust fan starting up.
If any of those "Alde" things are starting up just because you turn on the fridge, no, that is not normal.

I'm guessing @pthomas745 is correct.  It's probably your converter fan.  It usually comes on when there is a high demand for power and you are not plugged in to shore power.  Does it only happen when you are running on battery (not connected to shore power)?

Thank you both.  I opened it up and you were right.  It is the converter fan.  But it was coming on when I am plugged into shore power and the battery is disconnected.  Is that normal?

Yes, the converter is basically a DC power supply that powers the trailer. It also charges the battery if one is connected but the converter remains the main power source when on shore power.
