New TAB 320s owners in Oregon

Hello! Long time listener, first time caller. :-) My wife and I just took delivery today of our new 2024 T@B 320 S Boondock. We got it from Apache Camping Center in Clackamas, Oregon. The experience with the dealer was a very positive one.

We plan to nickname our trailer "The Duck" since we both have to duck getting into and out of it, and duck our heads when inside (we're close to 6' tall).

We tow it with a 2018 Honda Pilot AWD with the 6-speed transmission (500 pound max tongue weight, 3500 pound max tow weight). The car did well getting it home, but we'll see how it does going up and over mountains, etc. When we got it home, I manually twisted it into position in the sloped driveway (with the uphill wheel chocked for safety) and even lifted the tongue by hand while my wife put wood blocks underneath it. Great!

I'm in the process of buying a 2022 NuCamp 320S Boondock. I hope to pick it up this week. I live in Sellwood. How do you like your trailer so far?

@CatDaddy, since you didn't get a reply yet, I thought I'd chime in that we love our 2022 320s BD! Our first RV, so there was a learning curve for the systems. Nothing was actually all that hard to figure out. Lots of YouTube videos put out by Nucamp that really helped. Have fun getting to know and use your new camper!

We pulled our previous ‘21 Tab 320 with a 2021 Honda Pilot w/ towing package. Pulls like a dream through the mountains.

If everything goes to plan, I will be the proud owner of a 2022 TAB 320S Boondock tomorrow afternoon. Wish me luck as I have never towed anything larger than an engine hoist and my TV is a VW ID.4 electric vehicle.

I'm a complete newbie as well. There does seems to be a significant number of control panels, cables, switches and such. Hopefully, I won't freeze to death tomorrow night...my first night in the camper.
