City Water fresh tank fill

On my 2016 CS-S, you have the choice of filling the fresh tank via gravity fill or hooking up to city water. I am wondering if anyone on here has merged the systems so that you can fill the fresh tank via the city water connection? Shoving the hose down the gravity fill is getting kind of old.

Agree on shoving the hose part. There's a check-valve that prevents city water from entering the fresh water tank, so you can't really merge the systems. I haven't done this, but replacing the fresh water cap may ease (but not eliminate) the shoving part.

Not sure how you handle your hoses, etc. These types of devices would attach to the end of the hose and get into the water fill slot a bit easier.
