Kink in Alde hose

I'm gearing up to drain my Alde system and address "deferred maintenance" on likely corroded convector connectors. I discovered a severe kink in the hose from the fluid reservoir to the drain / circulator pump / boiler input. (See attached photo.) 



Looks like I might be able to address this with a slightly shorter hose, but I wonder if anyone knows of a source for a 45-degree EDPM elbow? (I didn't see a 22mm version at the Alde products site.) Since I'm asking, I wonder about plastic hose couplers as well, to replace a few aluminum ones.

I was happy to find an elbow at the top of the rear connector that contained the manual bleed valve. Most of the connections appear to be straight and not obviously stressing the hose, but slight bulges are apparent. Fingers crossed ...

Well, that is.....something.

The 22mm hoses that Alde uses are the most basic EPDM hoses you can buy.  Since there is no "pressure" in the glycol loop, they are unreinforced hoses.

Alde does have a couple of "bend" hoses on their page, but you really have to dig through their web page.

That is a 90...and I think there are a couple of different shapes.

I replaced a couple of 90 degree bends, and added slightly longer hoses in a couple of places.  I removed that elbow with the bleed valve in my 2017.  Seeing as how I would have to disassemble my trailer to make adjustments,  I didn't see any point in leaving it there. The next time I replace the glycol, I may add a newer model of the bleeder in a more reasonable spot.

This is the type of hose I bought for the changes I made.  These are "reinforced", and you need either 7/8th or 22 MM sized hose.  This stuff was a bit more flexible than the original Alde hose.  I know this can probably be found at many sources, so shop around.

Thanks for the suggestions @pthomas745. I'm waiting to see what the corrosion looks like before I decide what to replace. 

It's pretty easy to access the bleed valve in my 2015 S-Max, just a couple of screws to open up the rear convector cavity.

@glesieutre, when I totally rebuilt my heating system in my 2015 I was able to purchase numerous 90 degree pre-molded bends from Truma/Alde, that may no longer be the case.  If you can't find those you can try plastic molded forms used for PEX piping (Lowes, Home Depot, etc).  Or if you like to geek out like me you can warm PVC pipe, bend it to the angle you want and let it harden then cut the inside of the bend off so you can slip the hose into the saddle which will now support the sides of the hose and prevent the crimping.
