Relief valve

Will there always be water coming out of the relief spout? Ours is a constant drip. We have a pressure gauge and have flipped the yellow valves open and close.

What year and model is the trailer?
Water pressure regulators can fail, and let just a little bit more than 50 psi water into the trailer, and allow the Yellow valve to push up slightly...but not open all the way.  So, try a different water pressure regulator first.

The yellow valves can also fail, and simply get a little loose over time.  They can also get a little debris or something in them, and prevent them from shutting all the way.  This was the point of opening and closing the valve a couple of times, in the hope of clearing out whatever might be preventing it from closing.

If the new pressure regulator does not change things, a new yellow valve may be necessary.  They are not hard to replace, and we have threads about how to do it. If you are out on the road, and repairs are not easy, some owners have gotten away with putting something in the Alde compartment to hold the yellow valve secure to prevent the leak.  If you do go this route, just be very careful with the water pressure into the trailer on city water, or just switch over to the fresh water tank.
