KIB Control Panel Issues

The main control panel in my 2021 T@B 320S has the following issues:

• All values are WAY off. That is, battery and tank indicators are grossly wrong. The battery shows low when fully charged and tanks show full when empty.
• When the Pump switch is in the ON position, it also turns on the front porch light at about half brightness. (I guess some sort of grounding issue.)

I'm not that worried about the battery indicator because I use the Victron app to monitor. However, it would be nice to be able to monitor the tank levels.

I'm guessing since all of the values are wrong it isn't any individual sender but the panel itself. If so, are these panels serviceable? If not, where can I purchase a replacement?

The buttons on my control panel have become erratic and required a lot of jiggling to get a reading.  I was able to find a replacement from "PDX RV LLC" in Gladstone, OR.  It was with the help of ATC Service in Elkart, Indiana.
