Source for TAB plumbing parts? Cracked fitting - TAB 320ss under bathroom sink cold water side.

Hi folks, before I bother running down to my local plumbing supply/TAB dealer I wanted to see if anyone knows an online source for TAB plumbing parts?
We have a new-to-us 2021 TAB 320ss that we discovered during a recent shakedown trip has a water leak under the bathroom sink due to a cracked fitting.
My guess is some prior winterization didn't blow out the lines completely and some water was trapped above the check valve in the fitting and froze and cracked it / weakened it and it gave way when we used it for the first time this season.
I'm no plumber but it looks like a pretty standard black poly male fitting, but it has a spring loaded check valve in it. Some photos below, this was my first time looking at any plumbing in the TAB.
Inspection port, accessible by removing the 3 Robertson (square drive) screws at the bottom.
Fitting has been removed but you can see where it was at the top of the blue cold water line.

Bottom of fitting with check valve, this side goes down.

Fitting in question below, small hairline crack running across the threads at left.
Crack is at the top of the fitting, water sprays out of that crack when pressurized.
I scratched it up a bit unscrewing it, this is why I'm not a plumber... I'll be more careful with the new one, this one is toast anyway.

Close up showing the crack more clearly.

Thanks for any tips or suggestions on sourcing a replacement fitting + check valve, whether I can remove and reuse the check valve, or any other ideas...!
