Cannot find an answer to this….
the control panel shows the temperature control at the top of the panel, but they are grey in color. They do not respond to either the + or - buttons for adjustment.I’ve found nothing in the manual about this. Otherwise thesystem is working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have access to all the other Alde controls? Hot water, heat, etc? You say the Alde is working..what exactly is it set to do when it shows the "grayed out" temp control?I don't know if this has been reported before: but I wonder if there is something set in the Tools menu such as a Timer (Night or Day Automation or "Automatic Start". If the pump has been set to "Continuous" instead of "Therm", the thermostat does not control the pump, and that might cause the temperature setting to be "inactive". (This is a big guess, since there have been plenty of times the pump has been set to Continuous (such as the glycol change procedure and this behavior wasn't noted.Same advice for most of the other Alde errors: you can try resetting the Alde through the Tools Menu/Service page. That would clear the "automation' functions. Look at the manual that explains that "Reset".And, of course, the old "turn it off and turn it back on": Unplugging the trailer, turning off the Alde, turning off the battery switch, turn the switch back on and try again.Every day...something new on the Alde! Let us know what you might find!

Thanks 745. The system is working just fine, however I cannot adjust the temperature. I’d like it a bit cooler. The temp adjust buttons are grey in color; but I’m not sure if that is the correct color or if they were green or blue at some point.
I’ll try a full on-off. So far I’ve only turned the control unit off and not the battery as well.400 - 2019

Thanks everyone. The system is unplugged and battery turned off. I turned the batt on and voila the temp control icons are now blue. So Hopefully all now is well.400 - 2019
