holding tank heater option

I haven’t seen anything on the forum about the nuCamp-installed holding tank heaters that became available as an option beginning in 2023. Does anyone have these heaters installed? What’s been your experience? What low temperatures have you experienced and have the heaters prevented freezing? Thanks!
