Mysterious hole under kitchen counter?

There is 5/16" diameter hole under the edge of my kitchen counter, in the face of the cabinet, that is very smoothly drilled through, with no sign of anything having ever been mounted using the hole.  This is in a 2021 T@B 400 Boondock Solo.   Does anyone else have this "feature" - or can they suggest what it might have been used for?
