There were not many dates in 2024.  Has anyone attended?  Was it worthwhile?

Wow, they charge you to walk through your own camper . They do not provide a Manuel any more nor do they give you the specs on the electronics your purchase.

Blue Compass just hands you the keys and tells you good luck. Though they want to sell you add ons up the kazoo ! Im having to take my trailer in On Monday because the solar or the refrigerator or both is not functioning correctly . I ran the batteries down to 10.3 volts and it stopped the power to the refrigerator . Will see how it works out but paying 55,000.00 dollars and getting this kind of service does not make be happy.

@SavvyNurseCamper Welcome and I agree that dealer and many manufacturers have not come up to the level of service many folks expect. As far as NuCamp, be aware that this forum, with all its categories and posts and active members, is wholly sponsored by NuCamp for the express purpose of helping owners help owners get familiar with the many systems in their campers. It is nearly impossible for a walk thru to cover all that will come up if you are new to RVs. Manuals have their place but asking questions and searching this forum is a great way to investigate problems and get ideas. It has been for me.

So feel free to ask questions, post pictures and know that this forum, unlike Facebook and some other communities, is here to help

Sorry I feel that statement is a little misleading.

I am ABSOLUTLY NOT trying to trash NuCamp here (as they do many things right) but rather introducing some perspective to that statement.

I could agree with it, if the site were used to expand on basic information that should have been supplied regarding your trailer.

However, the site is being used IN PLACE of and not IN SUPPORT of usage and maintenance documentation.

Lets face it, NuCamp has never been particularly good at documentation or informing users of maintenance requirements. Which is why owners have had to create their own "Owners/User manuals".

As noted by the administrators of this site many times over. The site is NOT monitored by NuCamp whatsoever. The perfect tool to identify issues in design, use and maintenance of their products and pass on their in-depth knowledge. Not saying they have to answer every, or any question, however totally ignoring it does show a distinct disinterest in what owners are dealing with. A common theme overall in the RV industry today. There is no profit in none billable after sales support so "Just make the sale and move on!"

Not to mention if you address an issue on the site then you risk taking responsibility for it, which in turn could result in a cut into your profit. Nobody, even me, wants to do that!

This site IS A USEFUL TOOL, though finding anything specific in it can be extremely time consuming as its search tool leaves much to be desired.

@AndreO I must agree on the search tool, and we are seeing if this new theme comes with some improvements in that regard. I have found that a Google search often pulls more message threads on a topic than the built in search up to this point.

At least we can use the forum to share and get ideas and some help, and everyone does have a voice here.
