We have a 2017 320 and are looking for a bit more room so we looked at the 360 yesterday.

It had a lot of the things we want but the kitchen is really small. The combo sink and stove seems to be really poorly designed with a cover that closes over both the sink and the stove. When cooking you have no adjacent counter space for prep and the area behind the cover is not useable. When doing the dishes you have no adjacent area to set the clean dishes. It seems like they should have separate covers for the sink and stove.

The giant refer looks nice but it removes counter space. The undercounter refer in the 320 has always been sufficient and allows additional counter space.

I understand there are tradeoffs with a small trailer but cooking and doing dishes is a pretty important part of trailer life. The 320 does a pretty good job of this. Maybe they could offer an option of an under counter refer......and two covers over the sink/stove instead of one. Even just a cover over the stove and the wood cover for the sink like in the 320.

We will probably wait another year to see what next year brings. Maybe some of the quality problems mentioned in previous posts will be addressed by then.

@scaup; You, are not alone on your TAB 360 concerns.  Consider sending your observations to nuCamp, maybe they will listen to us . . .

@scaup I think these are the main issues most folks bring up with this model (in addition to the quality/design issues with things like the fold down seat).  After cooking once or twice in the 320, it became apparent that actual cooking was almost never going to happen inside (unless it's something super simple or the weather is bad)--  it's cramped and messy in a such a small space, the heat from the burners heats up the camper quickly, and your camper will instantly smell like your food.

So, we made the decision to cook outside and do prep work/dishes inside.  The addition of a Lagun mount by the door gave us some more prep room, but it was still cramped.

I think the issue with the 360 kitchen is that it's so small, it's not really great for any part of cooking.  If you do prep work, you need the sink, but with the lid open, there's no counter top, etc.  If you use the burners, there's no spot for your prep items.  This design really forces you to do all your prep/cooking/cleaning outside.  I can't even see doing dishes in there.  And for a camper of this size and cost, it's a real head scratcher.  I would argue that what they have here is a big fridge and a non-functional kitchen.  And for some folks, that's a fair trade-off.

With all this said, I would like the big fridge and I'd hate to lose any of the other features-- especially storage.  I'm sure designing these campers with everything everyone wants and needs is a real challenge, but the kitchen here seems like an after-thought. Perhaps the CS version will be the sweet spot for folks who want a full working kitchen combined with the other features inside the 360.  Of course, something has to give space-wise when it comes to the bed size, etc. when you add the kitchen on the back.

We'll be monitoring things and hope that Nucamp comes up with some tweaks to improve this design.

I was very excited when they first announced it but after seeing it twice I don't think the larger twin beds and extra height is worth it for me. The kitchen isn't easily usable with the one cover but I'd remove it and make a split wooden top. I would prefer the smaller fridge and gladly trade the larger one out for more counter space. That might also lower the tongue weight a little as it's higher than it should be for a trailer of that weight and will be a problem for some with smaller tow vehicles. I'm disappointed they didn't make the bathroom just a little bigger. They could have moved that wall toward the back at least eight inches which would make a huge difference. My 320S set up with twin beds works so the additional cost wouldn't be worth it for me.
