New A/C facia

Several years ago I disassembled the ceiling fan to paint it a color that would compliment the gorgeous wood ceiling.  It has held up amazingly well.  No chips, scrapes or flaking.  Decided to do the same with the A/C facia this week.  Just one more step on making the perfect "Man Cave on Wheels."

Great too dress Danby up after all these years!  Were you tempted to put caulking around the perimeter to cut down on drafts?

I used 5/8" round, foam weatherstripping to seal the opening between the A/C and cabinet face (behind the wood trim piece seen in the photos).  Did that years ago.  Works great at keeping drafts from entering the cabin.
