Lights on my 2018 400 Stargazer window?

My friend just noticed 3 lights st the top of my window - her imagination?  The trailer is plugged in. Ok?

There are running lights, red, above the Stargazer window. They should not be on unless you are hooked up to a tow vehicle and the latter is turned on.
