Emergency repair kit suggestions?

We've got a basic kit already which we're looking to improve. Right now we've got:
I'm thinking at least a short (2-3ft) length of pex, possibly a pex-cutting tool (unless a razor knife will work), and some pex fittings (suggestions on these?)
- 2x adjustable wrenches
- 1x pair of pliers
- 1x pair of "robogrip" pliers
- 1x 16oz claw hammer
- 1x 3lb sledge hammer (also used to split wood)
- 1x electricians screwdriver (includes tips for 2x sizes philips, 2x sizes flathead, 1x square drive (same size as nuCamp uses))
- 1x "stubby" electricians screwdriver
- electrical tape
- some screws

NuCamp uses three sizes of square screws. Have a driver for each. Check out "Fuses for Newbies" in the resource section for the spare fuses to have on hand. Also make sure your tow vehicle lug wrench fits the bolts on your T@B.2016 Outback 320

Don't assume the lug wrench that comes with your Toyota's will fit the lug nuts on your T@BTV:2019 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X With an Old Man Emu liftTrailer: 2019 T@B 320 Boondock with a Lock&Roll Coupler & Jack-e-upCustom fabricated metal bottom claddingCalifornia, USA

For the 400 the best overview of systems and things needed is the unofficial guide. It may be more than you need but it covers it all and really helped us.
No real plumbing issues have happened with our unit btw. It is more likely fuses and electrical circuits in our experience, so a multimeter is something that could be really helpful.
