Futura GP Bike rack owners

Hi ,

I know there was a recent discussion about bike racks, especially for e bikes.  But I have a question for those who have the Futura GP rack.  

1.  Is there any interference fit with the opening  of the front tub?  Futura says they have not had any feedback on this, but wanted to check with others who have the rack.

2.  Can the front window be opened ,at least somewhat?  Can't tell from photos how close to the front it actually sits.

We are looking for a new rack.  We've had a Jack It, which  has served us well with over 30k miles on it.  The only issue we have is some occasional contact between the two bikes  resulting in some minor damage to the bikes.  I've used pipe insulation and bunges to minimize the contact.
