Value and suggestions 2010 TaB

Hi all- I’m looking at potentially buying a used 2010 TaB TS. I’m having a hard time figuring out if it is priced well ($11,000 in Colorado- good but not excellent condition, systems checked and sound )or information, generally, on that particular model. I would welcome input people more familiar with TaBs might have! It is very appealing overall, I just want to make sure I’m making  a good investment. Thanks!

RVs are never a good investment 11K is too high for a Dutchman built T@b that is missing many of the features the newer T@bs have (notably Alde heat/hot water). Generally they go for sub 10k. If you look at the listings here on the forum there is a 2017 for sale in CO for 13k (granted the fridge has a problem but that can be fixed).
