New Victron VRM Password (Victron not responding)

Extremely frustrated by Victron not sending me a PW reset email. My dealer sold/closed (so no help there). 

Anyone have this issue solved?

If you need to reset your password for VRM, that is all on Victron. It is their site that is used for the remote monitoring. Dealer would't be much help.

I don’t see any way to reach Victron except email to sales. When I search customer service for them, they either have a FAQ-type search but nothing about resetting PW except the process that doesn’t seem to be working. Nuts.

What is the procedure provided by customer service? Also, what is the reason you need to reset? I assume that the default PW of six zeroes doesn't work.

Many confuse resetting PW with resetting PIN. I have reset the PIN no problem. THE VRM is one part of the app. 

The VRM (remote) PASSWORD gets you onto the remote access. I haven’t used the VRM in 2-3 yrs and don’t remember my PW (not PIN). I do have local access thru the Victron app.

Have you tried entering your S/N where it says "Get In Touch"
