Changes to 2016 Outback?

Does anyone know if the 2016 Outback package includes a covered undercarriage with insulation.  The 2015's have an exposed underbelly.

I received this from the factory this morning:

There is no additional insulation to the Outbacks per se....however, 2016 models began receiving an underbelly protectant that not only shields the tanks/wires/etc from road debris, but it does indeed offer insulation properties.

Went to the dealer to visit my new 2015 Outback.  Turns out it is a 2016 with the covered undercarriage (DOH!).  The material for the covering appears to be the same stuff those election year signs are made of.  Easy enough to lower and fill the undercarriage with insulation if desired.
