Hi,
As I contemplate how to add a second battery and possibly an inverter/with transfer switch like I had in my 320, I want to pass on some photos of my first look of where components are in a 360CS. I thought others maybe interested.
There is a huge space to the rear of the AC. I wonder why they did not put the batteries there? It's flat with plenty of room. The WFCO is right there. Maybe an access issue? I would like to find out from Nucamp why they did not use this location. Seems ideal for an upgrade. At first glance, the only challenge is to get the OEM solar wires back there from the front battery compartment. Since they are only 10 AWG, seems doable, just need to fish them around bathroom and down driver side wall.
From when we first looked at a 360CS at an RV show, they added a slide out for the solar controler, shunt and glasco fuse. I added our Level mate. The battery is very secure in the tray. When I first saw this, I wondered about losing cabinet space. But there so much cabinet/storage space in a 360, it's a non issue for us.
The other cabinet is the Alde 3030 area.

Just wish the endless Youtube Reviews would include 'systems" information.
Just think of the storage if a Window A/C was used instead of an Air8! {and don't get me started on the Fridge being too big, Kitchen counter too small, no black tank of the 360S . . .
